For AI agents: HYVIRAL has a remote MCP server at https://api.hyviral.com/mcp (Streamable HTTP, OAuth 2.1). In a chat app such as Claude or ChatGPT, the person you are helping adds it as a connector; an assistant cannot add one from inside the conversation. In Claude: Customize → Connectors → add a custom connector, then paste the endpoint. A coding agent such as Claude Code can add it itself: claude mcp add --transport http hyviral https://api.hyviral.com/mcp. Every client, step by step: https://hyviral.com/docs/mcp/connect. HYVIRAL Done For You Terms

Last updated: 6 November 2026 (Version 1)

These Done For You Terms add to HYVIRAL's Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") for our done-for-you video-editing service. They are product-specific terms under Section 24 of the Terms. Words defined in the Terms, such as "Service", "Input", "Output", "Content", "Credits" and "Service Providers", have the same meaning here.

Where these Done For You Terms and the Terms disagree about Done For You, these Done For You Terms apply. Everything else in the Terms and in our Privacy Policy still applies, including Eligibility (Section 2), Acceptable Use (Section 9), Consumer Rights (Section 22) and Governing Law (Section 23).

You accept these Done For You Terms when you send us Footage for a Free Reel, place a Service Order or start a Package. We keep a record of the version that applied and when.

1. Definitions

  • "Done For You" means our service in which we edit your footage into finished videos for you.
  • "Footage" means the video, audio and other material you send us for Done For You. Footage is Input under the Terms.
  • "Deliverable" means a finished video we make for you, with its versions, its files and its preview link. Deliverables are Output under the Terms.
  • "Service Order" means an order for one Deliverable, such as one Reel or one Episode. A Free Reel is a Service Order with a price of zero.
  • "Reel" means a short video whose finished length you choose when you order.
  • "Episode" means a long-form edit of a recording, priced by the length of the recording.
  • "Package" means a recurring plan of Done For You work, billed monthly or yearly, such as a number of Reels or a number of recording minutes each month.
  • "Item" means one unit of a Package: one Reel, or one recording minute.
  • "Quote" means the price, the description and the delivery date of a Service Order, which we give you before you pay.
  • "Revision" and "Free Reel" have the meanings in clauses 6 and 4.

2. What Done For You is

2.1 You send us Footage. We edit it into a finished video, ready for you to post or to deliver to your client.

2.2 We make Deliverables with HYVIRAL's own tools, which include AI systems. Our automated systems and people on our team operate them.

2.3 You do not need a HYVIRAL account to use Done For You. We do the work in an account we run for this service, or in your own account if you have one and we agree (clause 15).

2.4 We do not publish anything for you. You decide whether, when and where a Deliverable is posted.

2.5 Done For You is separate from the subscription plans in Section 12 of the Terms. Buying Done For You does not change your plan, and a plan does not include Done For You work.

3. Ordering and price

3.1 Currency. Done For You is priced in US dollars (USD) for customers in every country. Your bank may add currency conversion or foreign transaction fees that we do not control.

3.2 Price list. Current prices are shown on the service page. We may change them for future orders. A change never affects a Quote you have already paid.

3.3 How the price is set.

  • Reels: by the finished length you choose before you pay.
  • Episodes: by the length of your recording. A recording shorter than 20 minutes is billed as 20 minutes.
  • Reels cut from an Episode you ordered: by the finished length, at the rate shown on the price list.
  • Footage for one Reel can be up to 10 minutes long. A longer recording is ordered as an Episode.
  • Extras, such as additional AI-generated shots, are quoted separately and never added without your yes.

3.4 Quote, then pay. Tell us what you have and we give you a Quote. We may ask to see your Footage first, so the price is based on the real recording. The price in the Quote is fixed before you pay, and we start work after your payment succeeds. We will not charge you more than the Quote for that Service Order, except for extra Revisions (clause 6.4) and Extras that you accept.

3.5 Payment. Our payment processor, Stripe, takes payment. One-off Service Orders are paid in advance.

3.6 Declining an order. We may decline a Service Order before you pay. If we decline it or stop work after you have paid, clause 11.3 applies.

4. Your first Reel free

4.1 What you get. One Reel, up to 60 seconds long, edited as a Full Edit, from one video of up to 5 minutes that you send us (a "Free Reel").

4.2 No payment and no obligation. You pay nothing for a Free Reel, we do not ask for a payment card, and asking for one does not sign you up for anything paid.

4.3 One per person. Each person or business can have one Free Reel. We decide this by hand, and we may decline a request we believe is a repeat. Existing HYVIRAL customers can ask too.

4.4 How to ask for it. You email us at support@hyviral.com. A person on our team replies with a link to upload your video.

4.5 Capacity. We answer these requests by hand, so we may limit how many we take and may decline any request. If we cannot take yours, we tell you.

4.6 Delivery and Revisions. We tell you when to expect your Free Reel; clause 8 does not apply to it. A Free Reel includes the Revisions in clause 6.1. Extra Revisions are not sold for a Free Reel.

4.7 Your Free Reel is yours. You may publish and use your Free Reel like any other Deliverable (clauses 12 and 13).

4.8 Footage deletion. Clause 16.1 says when we delete the Footage you sent for a Free Reel.

4.9 A promotion. The Free Reel is a promotion under Section 12.7 of the Terms. We may change or end the offer for future requests. A request we have already accepted is completed.

5. Delivery, preview and approval

5.1 When a Deliverable is ready, we send it to you. You can approve it or ask for a Revision.

5.2 A paid Service Order comes as two versions for one price, a Clean Cut and a Full Edit. A Free Reel comes as the Full Edit. Your Quote lists the formats you get.

5.3 If a finished Episode is longer than the longest single export our tools allow, we may deliver it in parts.

5.4 A Service Order is complete when you approve the Deliverable, or 14 days after the last delivery if you have not replied.

5.5 Please keep your own copy of your Footage. Done For You is not a storage or backup service.

6. Revisions

6.1 Five included. Every Deliverable includes up to 5 Revisions.

6.2 What one Revision is. One Revision is one message asking for changes to the same video. Every change in that message counts once. For example, one message that asks for a different caption style, a shorter intro and a new music mood is one Revision.

6.3 What is not a Revision. New footage, a different video or a new concept is a new Service Order, not a Revision. A message that only asks us to fix our own mistake, such as a misspelled caption or a cut in the middle of a word, does not use up a Revision.

6.4 More Revisions. After the included 5, each further Revision costs $5, on a Package too. We tell you and get your yes before we charge for one.

6.5 When to ask. Ask for a Revision within 14 days after the last delivery of that video.

7. Our promise: not happy after your revisions? That video is refunded.

7.1 The promise. If you are not happy with a Deliverable after your Revisions, we refund that video.

7.2 How to ask. Write to support@hyviral.com within 14 days after the last delivery of that video. You need to have asked for at least one Revision first, so we have had one chance to put it right. A person on our team handles every request.

7.3 One-off Service Orders. We refund the price of that Service Order in full, with any extra Revisions and Extras you paid for on that video, to the original payment method.

7.4 Package videos. The Item used for that video goes back into that month's balance. If you cancel your Package before you use the returned Item, we refund that Item's share of the Package price: the price of the billing period divided by the Items in that period. This overrides the "no partial refunds" rule in Section 12.3 of the Terms for that Item.

7.5 A refunded video. Once a video is refunded, you may not publish it or deliver it to anyone, and you remove any copy you have already published.

7.6 How the promise sits beside your other rights.

  • This promise is in addition to the rights the law gives you (Sections 12.5 and 22 of the Terms). It does not limit them.
  • The 7-day money-back guarantee in Section 12.8 of the Terms stays with our subscription plans. It does not apply to Service Orders or Packages, even though Packages renew like a subscription.
  • There is nothing to refund for a Free Reel.

8. Delivery dates

8.1 A date before you pay. Your Quote gives the delivery date of your Service Order. We do not publish a standard delivery time.

8.2 What the date assumes. It assumes we have your Footage and your payment when the Quote says we need them. Time we spend waiting for your answer moves the date by the same time.

8.3 If we expect to miss it, we tell you as soon as we know and give you a new date.

8.4 If we miss it. If we have not delivered more than 3 days after the date in your Quote, you may cancel that Service Order for a full refund, as long as we have not delivered it by the time you ask. Your legal rights are not affected.

9. Packages

9.1 Billing. Packages are billed monthly or yearly, in advance, through Stripe. A yearly Package costs the price of 10 months (two months free). This overrides the "billed monthly" rule in Section 12.1 of the Terms for Packages.

9.2 What a month includes. Each Package includes a number of Items each billing month, as the service page describes for that Package. A yearly Package gets its Items month by month.

9.3 Rollover. Items you do not use in a month roll over to the next month only. Rolled-over Items still unused at the end of that next month lapse. Unused Items also lapse when a Package ends.

9.4 Extras. Work beyond your Package is charged at the list price minus your Package's discount. We quote it first, and it never runs without your yes.

9.5 Changing Package. An upgrade applies at once, and the difference for the rest of the period is charged or credited. A downgrade takes effect at the start of your next billing period.

9.6 Renewal and cancellation.

  • A Package renews automatically until you cancel it. You can cancel at any time by writing to support@hyviral.com.
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You keep that period's Items until then.
  • Apart from the Item refund in clause 7.4 and refunds the law requires, Section 12.3 of the Terms applies: there are no partial refunds for a period you have started, including the rest of a paid year.

9.7 Price changes. Section 12.4 of the Terms applies to Packages: at least 30 days' notice before a price increase applies to your Package, and you may cancel before it does. A founding price lasts while that Package stays active and unchanged.

9.8 Failed payments. Section 12.6 of the Terms applies. While a payment is outstanding, we may pause work on your Package.

10. Your Footage: what you confirm to us

When you send Footage, you confirm the following, in addition to Sections 5 and 18 of the Terms:

  • It is yours to send. You own the Footage, or you have every right needed to send it to us, to let us edit it and to publish the Deliverable. If it is a client's, your client has given you those rights.
  • Everyone in it agreed. Everyone who can be seen or heard in the Footage agreed to appear in it, to it being edited, including with AI tools, and to the finished video being published where it will be published. You can show that agreement if we, or they, ask.
  • No children. No one in the Footage is under 18 (Privacy Policy, section 12).
  • Third-party material is cleared. Music, clips, logos, artwork and other third-party material in the Footage are yours, or you are licensed to use them in the finished video.
  • It is lawful. Recording and sending the Footage was lawful, and it does not include confidential material you are not allowed to share.

Sending us Footage is your agreement to this clause. We keep the email or upload that shows it.

If any of this stops being true, for example because someone in the Footage withdraws their agreement, tell us at once. We will stop work on that Footage and remove it. If we have not yet delivered a paid Service Order, we refund it, unless the reason is your breach of this clause.

Section 19 of the Terms (indemnification) applies to a breach of this clause, to the extent the law allows.

11. Acceptable content

11.1 Sections 6.3 and 9 of the Terms apply to Footage, to Deliverables and to the changes you ask for.

11.2 In particular, we do not accept Footage that:

  • shows or records anyone under 18;
  • is sexually explicit or intimate;
  • was recorded without the knowledge of the people in it where the law requires their consent;
  • infringes someone else's rights; or
  • promotes violence, hate or harassment.

11.3 Declining or stopping. We may decline a Service Order, or stop work on it, if we believe the Footage or a requested change breaks these Done For You Terms or the Terms. We will not make a change that would break them, and that request does not use up a Revision. If we decline or stop a paid Service Order before delivery, we refund it in full, unless the reason is your breach of clause 10 or of Section 9 of the Terms.

12. Who owns what

12.1 Your Footage stays yours (Terms, Section 5).

12.2 Your Deliverables are yours. As between you and HYVIRAL, you own each Deliverable, and we assign to you any rights we hold in the edit itself. You may publish it, edit it and use it commercially, anywhere. The caveats in Section 6.2 of the Terms still apply: parts made with AI may not be unique to you and may not be protectable in some countries.

12.3 What stays ours. Our tools, software, templates, motion-graphics designs, styles and know-how stay HYVIRAL's, including those used to make your Deliverable. Elements of ours that appear in your Deliverable are licensed to you under clause 13.4.

12.4 The license you give us to do the work. You let us, people on our team, our automated systems and our Service Providers view, edit and process your Footage and Deliverables, to make, check, deliver and revise your Deliverables and to support you. This license ends as clause 16 describes. It does not let us train AI models on your Footage or Deliverables, or show them to anyone else, except under the optional license in clause 14.

12.5 Your Revision messages are part of your Content. They are not Feedback under Section 14 of the Terms.

12.6 Reselling. You may resell Deliverables and deliver them to your own clients, under your own brand, without mentioning us. You are our customer and your client is not: you answer for your client's Footage under clause 10 and for what you promise your client. The license in clause 13.4 passes to your client with the Deliverable. Nothing on screen in a Deliverable carries our name, but our preview links and our emails may, so they are for you and not for your client.

13. Music, sound effects, voices and AI-generated media

13.1 Music. Music in a Deliverable is original music made for your video with AI tools. We do not use tracks from commercial music libraries.

13.2 Sound effects. Sound effects in a Deliverable are made by HYVIRAL and belong to HYVIRAL.

13.3 AI-generated images and video. Where an edit includes them, Deliverables may contain images or video shots generated with AI.

13.4 Your license to these elements. For the music, sound effects, AI-generated media and other HYVIRAL elements in a Deliverable, you receive a worldwide, non-exclusive, perpetual, royalty-free license to use, publish and monetize them as part of that Deliverable, on any platform. The license does not depend on keeping a HYVIRAL plan or Package; for Deliverables this overrides the "active subscription" sentence in Section 7 of the Terms. You may not extract these elements for use on their own.

13.5 Labels and watermarks. We tell you in the delivery message when a Deliverable contains AI-generated images, video or voice, so that you can apply the labels platforms require. Do not remove the provenance marks or watermarks that AI providers embed.

13.6 Voices and likeness. We never add a voice cloned from your voice to a Deliverable unless you ordered it and gave the voice consent required by Section 8 of the Terms. We do not clone the voice of anyone else who appears in your Footage, and we do not use avatars unless you ask us to in writing, in which case Section 8 of the Terms applies.

14. Showing your edit as an example (optional)

14.1 Only if you say yes. We show your Deliverable as an example of our work only if you tell us we may, in writing. A reply to our email is enough. It is optional, and it changes nothing about your order or its price.

14.2 What it allows. A non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to show the Deliverable as an example of our work on our website, on our own social media accounts and in sales presentations. We may show short cut-downs and still frames of it and put our own text around it, but we will not change what you or anyone in it says. We name you, or show excerpts of the raw Footage for a before-and-after, only if you say so too.

14.3 What it does not allow. Using it in paid ads, unless you agree to that separately. Quoting you as a testimonial: we ask for that separately, in writing. Selling or licensing your edit to anyone else. Using it to train AI models.

14.4 People in the edit. By saying yes you also confirm that the people who appear in the edit agreed to it being shown this way.

14.5 Withdrawing. You can withdraw this permission at any time by writing to support@hyviral.com. We then stop any new use, and we remove the edit from our website and our own social media accounts within 14 days. We cannot recall copies other people have already shared or downloaded. Withdrawing does not affect your order.

14.6 The copy we keep. While this license lasts, we keep a copy of the Deliverable for this purpose, even after the deletion in clause 16. We delete it within 14 days after you withdraw.

15. Where we do the work

15.1 Our account, or yours. We do the work in a HYVIRAL account we run for Done For You. If you have your own HYVIRAL account and we both agree, we may work in it, so your brand kit, style and edit history stay together.

15.2 What you authorize, if we work in your account. You authorize HYVIRAL, people on our team and our automated systems to act in your account to perform your Service Orders and Packages: creating and editing projects, using your uploads and brand kit, generating media, rendering exports, and preparing previews and deliveries.

15.3 Limits. When we work in your account we do not change your plan, billing, sign-in or account settings, link or unlink Connected Profiles, publish anything to your social media accounts, or delete your Content other than the working files of your Service Orders.

15.4 Who is responsible. Section 3 of the Terms makes you responsible for activity in your account. That does not cover what we do in your account to perform Done For You: we are responsible for that.

15.5 Credits. Credits we use to perform Done For You are not taken from your own Credits.

15.6 Our team. Everyone who works on your Footage, employee or contractor, is bound by confidentiality.

16. Keeping and deleting Footage

16.1 Free Reel, no order. We delete the Footage you sent for a Free Reel, and the project we made from it, within 30 days after we deliver your Free Reel, or within 30 days after you upload it if we do not make one, unless you have placed a paid Service Order or started a Package by then. Keep your copy of your Free Reel.

16.2 Paid orders and Packages. We keep Footage and Deliverables of paid Service Orders and Packages for up to 12 months after your last order, so we can make Revisions and new cuts. You can ask us to delete them sooner.

16.3 Asking us to delete. You can ask us to delete Footage or Deliverables at any time by writing to support@hyviral.com. If we are editing that Footage when you ask, the Service Order ends and clause 18.2 applies.

16.4 What we keep after deletion.

  • Order and payment records, as tax and accounting law requires.
  • The messages between us, as section 8 of the Privacy Policy describes.
  • A copy you licensed under clause 14, until you withdraw.

17. Taxes

Done For You list prices are in USD and exclude taxes. Where we must collect sales tax, VAT, GST or a similar tax, we add it and show it before you pay.

18. Ending Done For You

18.1 Packages: clause 9.6.

18.2 One-off Service Orders. You may cancel a paid Service Order before we start editing it, for a full refund. Once we have started, there is no refund, apart from clauses 7 and 8.4 and what the law requires. Your legal withdrawal rights are not affected (Terms, Section 12.5).

18.3 By us. Section 15.2 of the Terms applies. If we end a Package or a Service Order for a reason other than your breach, we refund the Items and orders you have paid for and we have not delivered.

18.4 Deleting your HYVIRAL account does not by itself cancel a Package. Write to support@hyviral.com and we cancel it.

18.5 What survives. Clauses 10, 12, 13.4, 14 (until withdrawn) and 16 survive the end of a Service Order or Package, in addition to the Sections of the Terms listed in Section 15.3.

19. Changes to these Done For You Terms

Section 17 of the Terms applies. Each Service Order is governed by the version of these Done For You Terms that applied when you placed it. For a Package, a new version applies from your next billing period after we notify you, and you may cancel before it applies.

20. Liability

Sections 20 and 21 of the Terms apply to Done For You. For Done For You, the amount in Section 21 is the greater of what you paid us for Done For You in the 12 months before the claim or USD 100. Nothing here limits rights that the law does not let us limit (Terms, Section 22).
